Nylut Directory Services Inc. (“Nylut” or “we” or “our” or “us”) respects your privacy and will only collect, use or disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We take steps to protect and maintain the confidentiality of personal information of those persons with whom we deal, including users of our Site (collectively “Users” and individually a “User” or “you” or “your”, as appropriate).
We have created this Policy as part of our commitment to helping our users better understand what information we collect about them and what we may do with that information. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect your personal information and other information to help us improve your online experience, in particular in connection with your use of our directory services and the Site (the “Service”).
The Information We Collect.
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide; for example, when you visit our Site, create an online account with us, use our Services, or contact us or our partners who utilize the Site to provide you with their services. In this Policy, “personal information” means any information that is defined to be personal information under applicable privacy laws and generally refers to facts, together with other information, that can be used to identify an individual. For the purpose of this Policy and your use of the Site, Nylut may obtain the following personal information from you:
- contact information such as your name, mailing address, email and telephone number;
- demographic information such as your ethnicity, age, date of birth and gender;
- banking information if required to set up an account on our Site or for payment purposes;
We will also collect the information that you post to the Site which is intended for public consumption, including, but not limited to, your reviews, tips, photographs, comments, ratings, videos, messages, and votes (the “Public Content”).
In most circumstances, personal information does not include the business contact information of a representative of an organization, such as the representative’s name, position or title, business address, business telephone number or business fax number. Publicly available information, such as information in a public directory, is not personal information under this Policy.
Why Do We Collect Your Personal Information?
We may collect, store, use or disclose the personal information and Public Content you submit to or through the Site for the purposes identified on our Site at the time of collection, as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, or for any of the following purposes:
- to provide the Service to you or to allow you to use or access the Site;
- to comply with our legal obligations and regulatory requirements;
- to provide information to anyone working with or for us as needed for the provision of the Service;
- to establish, maintain and manage our relationships with Users of the Service;

Why Do We Need Your Consent?

Children and Consent
The Site is not directed to persons under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with their personal information, we will delete such information from our system.
What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?

Nylut may occasionally use cookies to track how its visitors use the Site or to determine your browsing preferences. Your Rights over Your Information
We recognize that you may wish to access your personal information or request a correction, deletion or addition of information. We will attempt to accommodate such requests to the extent possible provided we still have access to the information. If we are unable to provide you with the requested information or complete your request, we will notify you in writing of receiving your written request and explain our reason(s) for not fulfilling your request
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password if you have an account with us. We do not recommend that you disclose your Site password or login information to any third party. If you choose to share this information with anyone, you are responsible for all actions taken with your login information, account profile and personal information.
Third Party Vendors
We may share personal information with third party vendors who need to know such personal information in order to provide their services to us, or to provide their services to customers. This group includes vendors that help us provide our Services such as:

- Fraud prevention services that allow us to analyze fraudulent payment transactions,

Security, retention and destruction of personal information

We endeavor to comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam laws (“CASL”) in our commercial electronic communication and software downloads with you. Should you fail to provide us with the requisite consent to send you commercial electronic messages or download software, or withdraw such consent, we may be unable to provide some of our Services that can only be provided if we receive appropriate and required personal information and your CASL consent.
By providing us with your e-mail address, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically and we may send promotional messages to you. You may provide, withdraw or modify your CASL consent by notifying us at the address below. You may also unsubscribe at any time from receiving commercial electronic messages by following the instructions in the message.
